Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives that come into contact with your Hems jewelry. Constant exposure to hairspray, sunscreen, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, etc. will cause precious metals to lose their luster over time.

We recommend that you remove your jewelry and store it carefully when playing sports.

Regularly inspect the stones in your Hems jewelry. If you think a stone may have a loose claw, contact our customer service team and do not wear your jewelry until it has been repaired.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all components, such as certificates and any gift items.
• Items must be returned undamaged and unaltered.

Please note that custom-made and personalized items (including those with names, initials, or special dates) are not eligible for return.

We also do not accept returns on items that show signs of use, have been damaged, or modified after purchase.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at info@hemsjewellery.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Send the item in its original box, along with the invoice, to the address provided.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Custom-made or personalized orders
• Items with names, initials, or dates
• Engraved or modified pieces
• Items purchased during sales or promotions

Warranty Period

Hems Jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, protecting you against manufacturing defects.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Loose or fallen stones
• Plating defects

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or customer error is not covered.

Please note: Wear and tear from normal use is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the warranty.

To process a warranty claim, both the certificate and purchase invoice must be provided.

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty

• Damage from misuse (scratches, bending, dullness, breakage, lost stones)
• Color changes due to contact with chemicals (perfume, creams, acidic detergents)
• Impact-related damage (drops, crushing, pulling, etc.)
• Repairs or modifications made by third parties or non-Hems workshops
• Lost or stolen items
• Missing diamonds
